    At the bottom of my Orders and Policy page the License is clearly
specified to the left of the no refund policy.

   Obviously, the nature of software dictates that one shouldn't
expect a refund. Anyone copying and redistributing the same will be
liable to legal action and  recovery of deemed loss.  This is standard
through out the computer software business.  Yes, there are
unscruplous "pirates".  However, in this (Karma) community we really
do take a serious offence to any suggestion of such piracy, resale, or
redistribution, etc.... and that includes "giving" it away as part of
a Karma sale.  That's a "no no" and the seller and buyer are putting
themselves into a position of liability and legal action to recover
real and/or estimated damages.

Factory banks A, B, and E do not need to be erased.  All other banks
of PCGs, KGE (user GEs) etc. need to be cleared from memory.

As moderator of this yahoo group,  I am serving notice that any post
supporting or lending assistance to the resale, redistribution, or
illegal transfer of any 3rd party collections - PCGs, KGEs, KDFs (for
Karma Triton) will be deleted and the poster banned.  There is no
discussion in this matter - period.  Sorry for the heavy hand, but
this matter is our bread and butter livelihood.
