I never looked inside my Karma, but if the power supply is not connected to the motherboard you might try replacing that first. If it fried your motherboard....well, that will take some work. I once blew a yamaha power supply by using the wrong polarity. The unit was fine but the power supply had to be replaced. You might try buying a new korg power supply and use your adapter this time...

 let me tell u that what happen to my keyboard.

keyboard need 110w but here in pakistan the voltage is 220w so my 

bother pluged it in 220w so that tis yhe problume.
