Korg M3 with KARMA 2 now in N.American stores

Greetings all,
   for those of you who are not following the threads in Karma Lab 
Forums or Korg Forums concerning Korg's new synth workstation with 
KARMA 2 (as in the OASYS)technology on board, this is a heads-up that 
both the 61 keyboard and module version are now finding their way in 
North American stores including online services.  Here are a few

Zzounds, Musicians Friend et al, also have them in stock.  It appears 
that the module/table top version are running out quickly, in all 
likelihood because fewer were shipped.

Anyway, it's clear that Korg have a real winner.  You can be sure 
that I will eventually devote projects to the M3 to add to my 
collections for the maroon Karma and the OASYS.  Since both the OASYS 
and M3 share the same KARMA 2 technology, my OASYS collections will 
definetly be revoiced for the M3. However, since KARMA 1 in the 
maroon Karma is different from M3 and OASYS, this will pose a 
difficult challenge to convert my Karma collections.  I can't 
guarantee that this will happen in the near future.  In addition, 
revoicing M3/OASYS collections for the Karma will probably not 
happen.  The GEs, programs, IFX, MFX do not have a one-to-one 
correspondence.  However, having said that, I believe that Stephen 
Kay will possibly, at some point, update KARMA MW software to include 
KARMA 2 technology.  In that case, there is a potential for the 
development of some variations of OASYS/M3 material for the Karma.  
Just the same, don't hold your breath.
