You have a Karma with all the sounds, An M3 with all the sounds, and
a RADIAS???

Holy smokes that's alot of Money. I wouldn't see that it Years.lol.

My Karma Ia Overloaded I have the Moss board, but I don't really like
it that much the sounds don't thrill me, a Vintage exb, dance
extreme , and trance attack.

May be I could buy a used karma and load it with the third board
plus another exb like Futue Loops, and some get Chemistry or Rec
sounds for something different.

Thanks for your response.

My question is again: If you didn't have Money and you wanted to
expand your sound pallette, and the M3 is out of ur price range
would you get another Karma and load different sounds on it, a
Triton extreme with karma software, or a Juno-G??

You may not do juno G your a korg person it seems. I like having
equipment from all three Korg, Roland, and Yamaha.

Korg is my favorite. but I do like sequencing on my Rm1x.

Thanks

boards because in the KARMA there are only spaces for two of them at
a time. The KARMA has the same sound engine as the Triton. . . but I
own a KARMA and not a Triton. From what I know the KARMA is Triton
on KARMA steroids. The MOSS option is completely a seperate
expansion and the sounds don't intermingle (you don't automatically
get all the other sounds with the MOSS, you may get a full bank of
presets but that's it, I have this installed in my KARMA). If you
are leaning towards a Triton, get the KARMA software for it : ).

KARMA - it probably is but as someone once described it,
it's "squishy" and is more of an after-switch instead of after
touch. It's all on or nothing, no in between. While the M3's
aftertouch is much improved (as is the keybed overall) I find few
factory programmers utilize this feature. .

with "NOW" sounds. It's mostly loaded with real samples of real
instruments. What makes it sound "NOW" is the fresh approach to
KARMA and many new GEs and scenes (which are still boggling my
mind : ). I'm working on a project now and find myself turning back
to my KARMA for more guitar sounds and to my Radias for ease of
making "synthesizer" sounds. The M3 has much fewer factory presets
than my fully loaded KARMA with almost all the expansion boards and
3rd party programs, but I'm sure more banks will be released. It's
invaluable if you need a workstation that is "easy" to use. . I don't
mate my hardware with the computer.

is dialing up new waveforms and template sounds greatly limited? My
Radias keyboard seems to have a lot more but I can reasearch this at
www.korgforums.com (another great link!!). The EXB also doesn't have
the step sequencer which I love.
