no
it is midi control thing, not kaoss pad
visit korg.com and see it
I have the older one

Kaoss pad KP3 that is, that I almost bought the other day, just was funds
short
plan to use it as a more synth controler with that sample function

btw, I like my sound pallet large too
not a big one brand only person here

I do have a RM1x, it gets used sometimes.

not to go into "my scars are bigger than your etc"..

I do have a Les Paul with the GR3 pickup to GR 20 than I toyed lately into
the karma software to exteme
insane things there, add bow or ebow ... ;-)
I decided to get lighter strings and forgo the bow, stick to ebow, the last
time I was messing around.

bottom line, nada is not considered or not used here for anything ;-)

Is the Korg MicroCkontroll that Pad thing that one can use to sample,
like a MPC..maybe not.

I don't have much use for that yet. i was look at the korg MIni
koass pad.

I do invest in a new thing every year, this year it's been a new
Computer.

But I might afford somethingelse if it is under $500.00 dollars.

Right now I used Fl studio and Kinetic 2. Because of my brain
ingury I am not the saavy at the keys right now.

But my new software Kinetic 2 allows me to be very creative in a
simple way.

Some may snub Kinectic 2, but I don't. It's really bring music back
to me. I make really decent melodies and beats with it. Then I
track the Stuff I make add Karma sounds.

If I keep going I'll be play my keys by summer.

My computer now also has a problem indenitfying the in and out for
midi. How can I explain, My midi capabilties work for FL Studio but
not for my other applications.

I haven't found out why yet. And I need schooling on midi in
general, so I need alot of time to learn.

For now record some loops and melodies I make on my hard synths and
record it in my computer as a Audio/ wav file, for a track..

Sometimes I do write Beats with my Rm1x and the Melody, and bass line
line with my Karma.

It's just easier on my RM1X to write Beats cause the time signature,
the BPM are all laid out for me, and I can write a song Beat by beat/
not by note, I don't have to guess.

That's easy.
