If you do decide to sell your Karma, sell the boards separately.
You'll get more that way, especially the MOSS. However, you can
still keep the red Karma and get the M3-M.

I do recommend that you spend more than a few minutes audition the
M3. Make sure you go when it's not busy and take a decent pair of
headphones.

Korg has discontinued the Karma and they are no longer developing for
it. In addition, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find new
EXBs for it. However, Karma Lab has announced a new 64 combi
collection for it which will be available this Monday, March 17.

Now, just because something is developed for the OASYS doesn't
necessarily mean it will trickle down to the M3. So, don't expect
any MOD-7 implementation for the M3 any time soon, if ever. Just the
same, I think Korg do intend to produce expansion instruments for the
M3 via USB flash. At least that is how I understand it. When and what
they will be is anyone's guess. You know Korg. They don't make
announcements unless and until they everything almost ready to go.

You can make your own MOSS programs and combis, but it's not easy.
Go to Korg Forums for support on this.

I have a KARMA-fied collection of 62 combis for MOSS called MOSSTER.
Go here

and scroll down. There's a link to some MP3 demos in that frame as
well.

Good luck with your decision.
Cheers,
Eric
