how can you transfer a few programs from the karma to the M3

I finally got an M3 and I want to transfer just a few of the programs from the big red. I also would like to transfer just a couple of the Combi. Any suggestions without transferring a whole bank. I have a floppy reader and everything else for the technical part of it. Thanks
