karma has an iisue

 hi,my karma has an iisue with the CHORD TRIGGER PADS in as, that only a couple of them are working ie;1+3 ok 2+4 dead.when pad 3 is pressed,it sometimes flickers and triggers for a very short while? please can you let me know if this can be repaired,and at what cost  or is there an easy fix,as i like this workstation a lot.ps i have tried a factory reset but to no avail,  thanks.....RONNIE.
