I can recommend Mr. Kwiecien in Poland.  I have his card with all three ROM..  When you have your Kurzweil open, you might also consider replacing the fan with one that is quieter.  The Noctua was recommended here on the list and elsewhere:

I bought one but haven't yet pulled my K2500r out of the rack to install it..
