I cleaned out the pitch pot with canned air and a quick spritz of DeoxIT D5 and to my surprise the pitch bend seems to be working as good as new! A guess a little time will tell to see if this remains the case. 

 Should I ultimately have to replace the pot, I did find an inexpensive option from Digi-Key. The stem is a tab bit shorter, but I think its still workable:

 As for the aftertouch, judging from the scotch tape it looks like someone tried to repair it previously.  I am getting resistance readings when I press the keys, but I'm not yet sure what values are expected.  Hopefully there's something helpful in the service manual...
