Does the imbalance on the mix out change when you adjust the master volume slider?

Does the imbalance on the mix out change when you adjust the effects balance to dry only, i.e 0% effect?

With nothing plugged into the A or B output pairs, do you get any output at the mix out when you assign a sound to output B?

K2000 output configuration can be tricky so it is hard to say whether you have a problem with the board. But it does sound like the headphone output is bad so it may be worth getting a tech to look at it.

I've done a but more checking proper in the studio. It appears the headphone outs are theain culprit. In checking the other outs:

*The Mix outputs show only the very slightest imbalance.

*The 'A' outputs seem fine.

*There is no audio at all from the 'B' outputs.

Do I have a bad board (or two)?
