K2500XS Issues

Hi Group!
 

 I just joined and my first post here. 
 

 I just picked up a K2500XS cheap knowing it had some issues.I've never owned one before and have limited experience using them. At first it had blinking lights and no screen and then after leaving it on for a bit it came back to life a bit. I changed the dead batteries and it then it appeared visually to be working but no sound coming out and also the display would flash and contrast would change erratically. 
 

 After playing around with iy a bit I discovered the click would work out of the headphone jack and if i assigned a program to play out of B Dry I would here a sound but very distorted and looping strangely. If program is set to A FX you hear nothing even with the FX balance set 100% dry.
 

 I then booted in diagnostic mode and tested everything. Everything passed except all the ROM banks including base failed. The unit has all 3 EXP ROM's installed as well. So that makes sense that maybe there is an issue with the ROM system or the motherboard.
