Wanted - Forte and PC3K8 sysex, and file descriptions

I am retiring older K series kit and need to try to migrate older sounds forward, hopefully semi-automatically, to PC3 and Forte platform.  It won't be perfect owing to the obvious architecture and object differences, but leaving that to one side for now, I am going to have a go and see how far I get.
 

 I need some missing technical information in order to get started.  Does anyone have any information regarding...

 - SYSEX pages for the Forte
- SYSEX pages for the PC3K8
- .FOR file format
 - .PC3 file format
- .K25 file format
- .K26 file format
- .KRZ file format
