K2500XS Sustain Pedal stopped working

I have used my Kurzweil K25XS for many years just as a Digital piano. I have
no other experience with using the many features of this keyboard.

 

Mu Sustain Pedal all of sudden started to SUSTAIN all the time. I then
turned off the Keyboard and turned it back on. Now the Sustain Pedal does
not do anything.

 

I tried plugging the Sustain Pedal into the other 3 "Switch  Pedal"
connectors. They all do constant Sustain. 

 

I read that I may have to do a Hard Reset. Is there something else I can try
instead to determine if the problem is actually with the Sustain Pedal
itself?
