Hi Marco,

I would perform a perform a hard reset on the machine to restore all settings to their factory states.
Get a copy of the manual from kurzweil.com which is a PDF and available free - just search your model of synth out and look in the downloads/support section http://kurzweil.com/product/k2500x/downloads/ http://kurzweil.com/product/k2500x/downloads/

Strictly, the answer will depend upon whether you have KFDX installed or not.

The K2500 has 4 stereo bus outputs A B C D, which are set either by...
1) Master page - A and B outputs.
2) The Program object, in which each layer can be sent to each output pair in the sound design.
3) The MIDI>Channels pages (1 per channel) which allows an override.

If KDFX is installed, these 4 buses feed a complex effects unit which also has its own routings.

However, the behaviour you describe, of muting the analogue outputs, is not normal for this synth. The headphones will simply pick up the A socket outputs. The A sockets also double as insert points to the other FX processor in the K2500, so TRS jacks will cause you trouble.

All in the manual though. Given the complexity of the topic, might be best you give it a quick read and then post specific questions.
