All things being equal, I agree that JB Weld is a better option but it doesn't keep once opened, which is true of anything with a solvent or resin ingredient. Sure, you can put it in a refrigerator and keep it longer, but who does that with their JB Weld?

 

 When kept stored upside down, Gorilla Glue can last for at least three years at room temperature, and there are so many other uses for it.
 

 I only mentioned this "quick fix" because I had to do exactly this on a different application.
