Thanks Laurence. 

 I'm trying to return it but the seller insists that all of these problems are because of mishandling in shipping even though he packed it himself inside the original Kurzweil box with all the original foam present.
 

 Do you agree these problems have nothing to do with the shipping? Specially being shipped in its original box?
