Firstly, my apologies for posting to the "old list". I figured that nobody would have bothered unsubscribing from the "old list" and that the moderator wouldn't have deleted the list either.
I'll unsubscribe from this and subscribe to the new one; but I'll finish out this thread here.

I'm likely beating a dead horse, but just to ask: if you hook up a drive that is larger than 2GB, and you do DISK-FORMAT, does it say (as the K2500 says)
1) Format SCSI drive 1? [YES][NO]
2) Do you want to put partitions on this drive? [YES][NO]
3) This will erase everything. Continue? [YES][NO]
Or does it not show 2)? If it doesn't, does that mean that all hard drives that exceed 2GB in size essentially only format to 2GB and completely waste the other space?
I'm in part beating the dead horse because I really thought the K2000 did this, and that K2000 OS 3.87 was released the same time as K2500 OS 3.02 and thus brought the same cool stuff to the table. 3.87 has a lot of disk fixes and additional functionality, so I thought it for sure would include partitioning.
