I think we have, Southampton.

Wow, down to 83!, i never got up past 25. Now I just have 14. The VG 99 kind of killed off my collecting days. With so many voices from one guitar, there didn't seem any point. I used to have a GK pickup on a Line Six Variax, through a 4 way splitter into an Axon AX100, VG99 and GR30 and the guitar signal going into a POD XT. Now it's Strat with GK 3 through the splitter into the VG99 and GR55. I let the bands keyboard player take some of the strain now.

My Rolands are 2 strats with GK's, a Tanglewood acoustic with a GK, a 335 copy with a GK and (sorry to admit this) a 3/4 size Brian May Red Special with a GK. The Red Special is tuned to A rather than E because of the much shorter neck so i have patches were each string is tuned down 5 steps to compensate, so it sounds like a standard guitar. More of an excercise in the possible than a serious guitar, but it does raise a few eyebrows.

Hiya     and  seasons  greetings    ....
I    gave  up  on  the  Casios   when  I  discovered   the  Roland  Ready   Strat   -   which  I  still  use  on  occasions
I  also  have  a  1996  Burns  Legend    which  has  been  professionally   'midi-fied'  I   also have  a  GK2   mounted  on an  Epiphone  LP     -  see  pics

As   I  am  now  67  -  I  have  started to   thin  out   my   collection     and  am   down    to  83 now  !
I  was   going  to  put  a  midi   PU   on  the  Phantom  copy  - (see  pic) and  still   might  !
I  think   you  and  I  have   corresponded  in  the  past  ...  are   you   in  Southampton  or  South  Coast  somewhere  ?

 All  the   best
 Brian
