Hi All,
I'll jump in . I admit I haven't been monitoring the midiguitar group
and don't know the latest or the level of activity.

About 6-string bass tuning: yes there's a preset for that. In the menu
system: FRETBOARD/TUNINGS/PRESET. Just hit the button to the right of
the word "Preset" and scroll to the 6-stringBass tuning. You can also
set it up yourself in the Tuning menu, or any tuning for that matter.
So, select it and hit the WRITE button to save the Ztar-patch or "Song".
Or go to the WRITE menu to save to another location and change the name
so it appears as you like it.

About the Trigger Cap, the plastic may have warped, I've seen that
before. Feel free to remove material from the underside, or simply
elevate it with a couple of washers. Or order a new one.
cheers,
harvey
