2 FTP transmitter will work with 2 different receiver in the same space like Andrase wrote. On one computer you (I bese on OS X) you will see different FTP MIDI input but withe the same name… and native Fishman app will connect with one of them. But no problem to use it separately in Hardware Mode.

For rack unit you can use 1 FTP and good programing of those two units. Even without floor controller you could use FTP without computer. You need for that Kenton USB Host or iConnect MIDI4+ or DIY Arduino USB Host (http://cyfrowogitarowo.pl/archiwa/124 <http://cyfrowogitarowo.pl/archiwa/124>)
