Email#2- I see the iConnect 1 is also available.
 Question:
 Would this allow incoming midi from my eventide pedals to merge with the FTP signal and be passed to the Motif sound generator?
 

 I don't use live rig and studio together.
 How hard is it to unplug the FTP usb adaptor from the iConnect1 and plug into into my main [with sequencer] computer port? Is it as easy as physically just doing it? 
 

 I don't really need the ethernet.
 

 So if this will merge the data without anymore delay than the connect 4 or the fisherman, I would choose this [cheapest-least intrusive]
