Fishman Triple Play

I connect it all up, its all working test sounds just one small problem.
 

 I either get 'receiver not found' or 'receiver in use' I have spent more time trying to get it to work than playing it.
 

 I have spent hours and hours days on the rare times it decides to work it fun to play but next time its just hours and hours.
 

 I run every way possible hubs etc  it knows its there are when you unplug it it can not be found ! 
 

 Found this but what use is it and whats it mean ?

 Why is TriplePlay displaying the message “Receiver in use”? TriplePlay uses 2 MIDI input ports. When only one is available, the app displays the message "Receiver in use".
