I'm on Mac but don't use iTunes or iTunes shop, and don't understand  
how to use it. I like computers, working with them for 30 years, but  
don't like similar system at all.

But when you open that link, there's written:

"Open iTunes to buy and download apps."

So I guess it's necessary to open iTunes to download it. There's also  
written "Free", so I'd suppose it's possible just to download it  
without payment. Maybe it's necessary somehow register or do some  
other settings in your computer to get access to iTunes shop.
