Yes, I listened to Paul Driessen on JO as you advised.   The piano voices of the first demo, excellent.
The 'Blue in Japan' and 'Goldfinger' terrible, and glitching and wrong pitch detection everywhere.

It seems obvious to me that JO is OK for legato notes (and it seems to track  well with fairly fast picking) and it's also good for clean chords, but for tapping styles, it does not work at all. (In my opinion)  
Or rather, it 'works' but does so  very badly.
