Yes, it is my design, but I do not have a complete documentation. Whilst the 'MIDI Pickup Wiring' shows wire colour to string correlation, it doesn't show the correlation for the solder points. However, using a magnifying glass, the circuitry can be discerned sufficiently well to work the correlations out.
