Yes, it is my design, but I do not have a complete documentation. I believe the pickup color coding is the same as the Roland, so the connector is:

 

1: GND                  2: GND

3: GND                  4: GND

5: blue                  6: brown

7: green               8: red

9: yellow              10: orange

Andras might be able to recommend a service center or schematic. I think he designed the system. Pretty impressive.

I thought I'd written too soon! 
Whilst the 'MIDI Pickup Wiring' shows wire colour to string correlation, it doesn't show the correlation for the solder points.
However, using a magnifying glass, the circuitry can be discerned sufficiently well to work the correlations out.
