making colors of noise

Hello. I’m totally new to this, to electronics diy even. I’m an artist working on a specific project that requires colors of noise. I’ve been looking at the PAIA 9751ASM Noise Source, wondering if I could just hook up a power supply, and if so what kind, and then I’m wondering and amp I should have. Any help would be much appreciated! Sherri
