I’d say we should Recommend (the RPM equivalents of) anything installed
in the 'container image'
(https://github.com/Logitech/slimserver-platforms/blob/public/8.2/Docker/Dockerfile).
At the moment that looks to be lame.

Note that as well as weak dependencies in the form of Recommends, RPM
also has '-very- weak dependencies in the form of Suggests'
(https://rpm.org/user_doc/dependencies.html).  If we believe that the
likes of flac, opus, sox, etc., aren’t useful to the majority of users
then we can specify them with Suggests instead of Recommends.
