Had to pick a starting point to see what reaction would be. Not sure how
aggressive a plan was wanted.

I'm OK with 8.2.  

It would then fit in with a small LMS change - unzip/inflate HTTP
gzipped responses that will be processed by
SLim::Utils::Scanner::Remote::readRemoteHeaders as some m3u8 playlists
are gzipped. I'll do a PR but I'm still slow with git.
