Christ! You're thick aren't you? Yes, urllib encodes for HTML GET
parameter passing which as you have discovered is wrong for this
particular purpose. And here's me kindly offering some insight to help
you find the best solution for your problem. Guess you must be a blast
at parties as well. Do everyone a favour, stop asking questions if you
think that your own misdirection is the best answer anyway.
