Adding element into style (joggler)

Hello all is it possible to add an element into a style (think that's
the right terminology) as did an edit to the Joggler skin which when you
don't have a clue about coding was a nightmare but fun learning but the
icing on the cake for me is to add the spectrum analyzer into the style
which i can then resize and move about to get the look i'm after
