Last addition : reading this again,
https://xiph.org/flac/documentation_tools_flac.html, there is a small
chapter that says flac.exe clearly has a reencode mode especially to do
ogf to flc and vice-versa. I’m not sure how to make it work with
stdin/out but it could be the best option and maybe a quick look at the
flac.exe code will tell us. The flac maintainers have been pretty open
to changes in the past, if needed.
