So I suppose next questions are:

Is the broadcaster doing it incorrectly?

Is it a quirk of testing with a captured file rather than a stream? (I
suppose thé “flac” doesn’t know the difference)

Could something strip the info before “flac” sees it?

But the real solution would be, I presume, for “flac” to handle it.

Do you think the maintainers would take a look and maybe resolve it
themselves?
