SB Touch - songs stop early

I just re-setup my whole system.  PiCoreplayer on Wi-Fi with SB Touch. 

The problem I was trying to resolve is songs stopping within a minute of
starting.  It then skips to next song.  When I replay and move time line
past where is skips the song plays fine.  If I just repeat the song it
seems to stop/skip at same time.

I tried paying files from HD I have attached to Rasberry two ways.  
1. Plugged HD into laptop and played via iTunes- no problem.

2. Play via Wi-Fi on my laptop LMS - again no problem.

Any ideas what could be causing this?
