I am not trying to be sarcastic, truly curious - why is it a pain to
return a product to Amazon in Sweden? Here in the US it's probably the
easiest product return you could possibly make.

Also, again with the adaptors, it's not just the voltage, it's the
ability to supply current, and it's often how these adaptors fail.
Voltage reads fine unplugged, but when the device tries to draw enough
current to operate, it causes the voltage to drop to below operating
level.
