Since it is now a few weeks since Radio last worked, if your radio has
no battery, did you try my suggestion of connecting a good PSU and
leaving attached for at least 8 hours before trying to power on. It
seems strange but IIRC there is microcontroller for the power switch so
I think something is not charging up quickly.
