Placing our Squeezeboxes in a separate IoT network?

Hello everyone,
I wonder what everyone else is doing regarding putting Squeezeboxes into
their own, secured network?

It is usually recommended to have a separate network for IoT (internet
of things) devices. I recently created one in my home. All my IoT
devices (smart switches, plugs, lights etc) are in that. I have a
separate VLAN for it and a separate SSID on my commercial oriented
Ruckus R550 Access Point. Of course this setup is much more advanced
than what most people would/could do. However in most domestic routers,
one could easily configure the guest network as the IoT network.

Squeezeboxes are super old and IMHO at a significant risk for getting
hacked. 

Anyway, I would like to hear from anyone who has put Squeezeboxes in a
separate network for security reasons.

More specifically, I wanna know which ports are needed to be opened
between IoT network and the House/Main network so that the Squeezeboxes
are able to connect to LMS on the main network. I wonder what is the
correct way to configure Squeezeboxes to connect to LMS.

Here is my setup:

Firewalla Purple > Managed switch > Ruckus AP.
I have multiple VLANs and SSIDs in the network.

Main network, VLAN 1, SSID 1 on AP
LMS is on an "always on" Windows 10 machine working as my "server". It
also has a lot of personal data (photos, files, etc). So I would like to
keep that machine as secure as possible.

IoT network, VLAN 2, SSID 2 on AP
All IoT devices are on this network. Firewalla rules prevent traffic
flowing from this network to main network.
