Saw your PM too, but will respond here. As others have said. First thing I always do with ANY problem is shut down rPi, shut down modem & router. Then start modem router, wait a few minutes, then restart rPi. Also reboot your iphone/ipad after you're restarted modem/router and rPi. Describe what's happening a bit better.
