Yes - it can be done - by editing one of the Jivelite config files (I don't have immediate access to check which one) ... however, if you want to use Jivelite as a controller (not just a display) then you will need the selection mechanism to work. In that case it would be worth working out what the underlying problem is. For example ... Are you using keyboard or mouse? What are you doing to make your selection?
