Is anyone still using this solution? 

Does this solution still work? 

I installed and setup "stream what you hear."

I can get it to stream from another computer in a browser, but when I
add that link as a favorite it always gets an error 
"connection time out"

So "Stream what you hear" running on a windows computer
Squeezebox server running on another computer, in a docker container in
Synology.

When trying to play on a squeezebox radio, or on an iphone using ipeng,
"Connection Time Out"
