The station is an AAC station so it will need LMS to transcode for SB
Receiver.

Not only is LMS old but so is Win 7.  
Although URL is not a http one - it may redirect to a https URL in which
case LMS 8.2.* is needed. However, there is a possibility that Win 7
doesn't have up to date underlying libraries.

LMS 7.6 has little support for HTTPS so error message arising from
inadequate HTTPS will be very misleading.

Can you confirm that URL doesn't redirect to an https URL ?
