Timer routines are easy, you just called set_timer with the sub you want to
run (in timers.pm), and the unixtime you want it to run. Search server.pl
for set_timer and you'll see how it works.

Each one only runs at the specified time, so if you want to run it again
every five minutes, in the sub you add to Timers.pm just call set_timer
again with time() + 300 (300 seconds = 5 minutes) or whatever you want.
