It's too easy to interrupt the current tune by mistake. I'd have the "play control" buttons be the only ones that actually immediately affect what you're hearing. If that's not a viable option for the majority (and even if it is) it would be nice to have a mapping file. Functions like "Alternate Display" could be mapped to "DISP", etc. Ultimately, it would be nice for people who have conflicting IR devices to map to something they don't have.
