I just realized as I went to look at the IR code that we're only looking
at one byte of the IR code, when these are actually sent by the player as
32 bits, of which 16 are actually sent by the JVC remote. I know the first
part is always 0000F7, but it looks like we're now ignoring it, and that's
what's causing the conflict with Panasonic codes.

Jacob, I'll add some documentation tonight on exactly what's in the IR
command (units for the timer, etc - I need to check my notes when I get
home).
