Source code check-in notification mailing list.

I took the liberty last night in setting up a mailing list gateway 
for changes to the SliMP3 source code repository.

Every change to the CVS source tree generates a message on this list, 
but you can also sign up for a daily digest.

Folks with write access to CVS:  please sign up with your 
[email protected] e-mail address ASAP, otherwise it seems 
that your check-in messages don't get through.
