We should work out some scheme to ensure any new patches are against the current code only. We can treat the CVS tree as the "slimp3-current" or "-unstable" branch, and the code available on the slimdevices.com website as the "-release" or "-stable" branch. We can then ask that anyone submitting patches do so only against the -current tree. I think the rash of multi-version patches is really more an issue of confusion at this point than anything else. As such, it's manageable through communication. -- Mark C.
