Ok. For giggles, I just checked out the latest code. Complaints:
1) overly-verbose stdout. Almost looks as though debug is now on
by default, ignoring command-line switches.
2) streaming is utterly broken. It seems as though none of my changes
were ever incorporated into the codebase, and even worse, the
playlist code Dan wrote is now gone or seriously broken.
3) The web code at line 161 hardcodes an RFC1918-compliant address.
This is broken.
The new functionality is nice, but not at the sacrifice of the old.
I'd be willing to take some time and re-implement the streaming code
that is now several revs back, and add in the code that will correctly
grab the artist/title from a Live365 stream, but not if it continues
to be left out of the CVS tree. I can't keep re-implementing the
changes I need every time there's another new feature added. I've
already sold by referral at least one of these devices based on the
presence of this code alone.
