Can you post your changes as a diff?

After you are updated to the most recent version (with "cvs update") 
the command to use (per Daniel Sully):

cvs diff -upB

this will output the differences in a way that's reasonably easy to 
read and can be automatically applied to the source by somebody with 
write access to the server.
