I am a monumental moron. Buried in the javascript I'm parsing from Live365
is a count of the number of seconds remaining in the currently playing
song.

This could be used to start a countdown timer, which would trigger
a new title/artist fetch on expiry, and would be reset with the new
value grabbed during the fetch.

(I looked at the streamripper code, which seemed to be getting a
value similar to this from somewhere. I couldn't determine what the
code itself was using, but it set me to digging further and discovering
the above.)

I'll amend my code accordingly.
