Done: current track, artist, and time from Live365

Well, I now have working Perl code that will:

  * look up a broadcaster's handle from their streamID
  * Use that handle to grab the currently playing
     - track name
     - artist
     - duration
    ...from the Live365 server.

Before I begin integrating all this into the codebase, a few things
need to happen:

 1) We need to make sure the current CVS codebase correctly handles
redirects (I assume this hasn't happened yet.)

 2) We should decide on a scheme for identifying the type of stream
(ice/shoutcast, Live365, etc.) to facilitate things like grabbing
song and artist info from the remote server

 3) We need to determine whether there is a method more efficient than
just polling the remote stream server every X seconds to update
the song/artist info. So far, I haven't come across anything, but
this is my first attempt at any such code, so this may just reflect
     my own ignorance.

 4) If there is no solution to #3 other than interval polling, we should
provide an option to disable this feature, or allow the end-user
     to change the interval.

Once these issues are resolved, I'll massage appropriately and submit
the appropriate patch. Until then, our streams will go without song/
artist info...a suboptimal status quo. :)
